Cross-country skiing

Val Casies is part of the largest cross-country ski carousel in Europe, the Dolomiti NordicSki. There are 40 km of perfectly groomed cross-country trails in the side valley of Val Pusteria for cross-country skiers of all abilities. In good snow conditions, you can start from Tesido itself. The entrance to the trail is only 200 m away from our hotel and it will take you to the connecting line of the Val Pusteria ski marathon track. Ice skating

Gliding across ice on ice skates is not something only children enjoy. Grown-ups also enjoy this entertaining skating sport. There are no fewer than five options for ice skating in our region. Beside the various natural ice rinks in Tesido and Val Casies, there is also a skating rink in Monguelfo. Those who don’t have their own ice skates can borrow these locally. So, there’s nothing to stop you having ice skating fun!
